Your job as customer experience manager: strategic optimizer with people management skills

You will coordinate the customer support team and at the same time be the brain of that department and ultimately responsible for the entire guest journey. As a true innovator and good communicator (Dutch & English), you will develop a clear strategy within the department and translate this into KPIs for all support agents, with the ultimate goal of keeping the level of customer satisfaction as high as possible at all times.

  • Customer pleaser: your focus is on satisfaction among our guests. Make surveys, contact them, do what you need to do to find out how we can make their experience even better.

  • Strategisch mastermind: Stratego is nothing compared to the innovative roadmap you know how to build for department customers.

  • Techslet (pardon my French): you're a fan of tech and keep searching further and further until you find the ideal tech solution for HUSWELL. You are also responsible for all the systems the team works with and ensure the best training in their efficient use.

  • Upselling guru: you have an eye for opportunities and create new possibilities for HUSWELL.

  • Embrace flexibility: Forget the 9-5 grind, this is about results (and maybe some killer team-building shenanigans).


Skills & superpowers

  • Driven astronaut with a commercial mindset and empathy.

  • Previous experience in a customer experience role and digital fluency is not only nice to have, but a must!

  • Communication HERO: your English and Dutch are impeccable. French and any other language is a big plus.

  • Relationship therapist (or something like that): maintain ties with the customer support team and strengthen their relationship with every department at HUSWELL.

  • Data detective: unravel the customer journey with your analytical skills and turn it into a constant improvement process.
